Store Return Policy
BIG has a no return policy, items purchased cannot and will not be returned or exchanged.
However, in case the item received was damaged or the order sent was wrong, BIG will exchange it without any additional fees.
In that case the exchange policy lasts ONLY 12 hours after receiving the order, afterward unfortunately we won’t be able to exchange the product.
In addition to that, BIG has the right to:
- Evaluate if the item is damaged or not and if the order sent is wrong or not
- Require proof such as pictures, invoices or the item itself
- Refuse an exchange
